As previously communicated, OWL course sites for Fall 2017, Winter 2018, and Summer 2018 courses will be unpublished on July 30, 2019. Once unpublished, students will no longer be able to access content (including assignments and resources) in these OWL sites. Instructors and site maintainers will still have access to the course sites.
Students: please save or download any required content from your affected sites before July 30, 2019.
Check your "Official Course Enrolments" page:
Your official course enrolments will be listed (with links to the course site, if available).
If you've changed courses or sections recently, you'll see the change in OWL within 24 hours.

OWL Help replaces the former OWL Documentation site, which was decommissioned on August 17th, 2018.
Course sites can be set up for the Spring/Summer and Fall terms. Start by going to Worksite Setup and then "New". If you do not see a section that you are teaching, please confirm with your department that you are the "approved instructor for the correct term".
As part of the IDM Project Attribute cleanup, there have been some changes to attributes for non-person accounts (NPAs). If you have previously used a non-person account to log into OWL and you experience any issues logging into OWL with that NPA after August 9th, 2018, please contact the WTS Helpdesk (https://wts.uwo.ca/helpdesk/index.html) and access will be restored.
